The latest big name headliner for this year’s Cambridge Folk Festival has been revealed.
This August marks Cambridge Folk Festival’s 50th year anniversary, with singer-songwriter Sinead O’Connor headlining the festival on the Friday night. It has also been announced that Van Morrison is set to make his debut at the festival as the finale act.
The festival recently won the BBC Radio 2, Good Tradition Award, and brings together artists from all over the world, ranging from South African gospel to Irish traditional music and American folk.
Cambridge Folk Festival runs from July 31st to August 3rd.
