Cowtown Release 4th LP ‘Paranormal Romance’

CotownLeeds outfit Cowtown are set to release their 4th studio LP ‘Paranormal Romance’ on August 19th via Sheffield DIY label The Audacious Art Experiment & Hot Salvation.

Although not all members of Cowtown are Leeds natives, it was the city that brought them together some 12 years ago. The band are made up by David Michael Shields (drums), Hilary Knott (keybass/vocals) and Jonathan Nash (guitar/vocals) and are championed by BBC 6 DJ Mark Riley.

Alongside the release of their LP, the band have also made available a video for their track ‘Motivational Speaker’. This two and a half-minute romp is everything it intends; short, punchy and ‘to the point’. It’s visceral, raw rock ‘n’ roll to get you bouncing.

Their latest 23 minute, 12 track offering follows 2013’s Dudes Vs. Bad Dudes.  Folkestone label and record store Hot Salvation are releasing the LP on limited pink vinyl meanwhile, Happy Happy Birthday To Me Records will release in the US.
