Eden Festival 2017 have announced the second wave of acts due to appear at this year’s festival, and it’s all about the disco!

In the heart of Raehill Meadows, Dumfries on June 8th-11th it is now Scotland’s second largest music festival with an impressive 300 performers and 12 stages.

Disco legends Boney M are set to headline the festival on the Sunday night, performing their chart-topping hits like Ma Baker, Rasputin and Daddy Cool.

Also gracing the stages of Eden Festival are Jungle who will be doing a DJ set full of old school music, Nu-funk and tribal pop sounds.

For those missing the days of early 2000’s grime and garage, So Solid Crew will also be making an appearance.

Other newly confirmed acts include Admiral Fallow, Mungo’s Hi Fi feat Solo Banton, Aunti Flo, Gypsy Disco, Harri & Dominic (30 Years of Sub Club) and Fleck.

Due to a stellar line-up which also includes Gogol Bordello, Alabama 3 and Alice Russell, tier two tickets have now sold out.

Co-Director Meredith Langley Vine commented: “We are really excited to have Boney M as the Sunday headliner, they are sure to add a bit of fun, sparkle and disco to festivals finale.”
