Hard Rock have announced a global Battle Of The Bands Competition which kicked off on the 7th January 2013.
Bands across the globe can enter the Hard Rock Rising competition and have until January 21st 2013 to submit their entries.
The competition will then move forward into voting from fans to then being judged and the winners will be announced on the 6th of May 2013. There will be two runners up of the competition and one grand prize winner!
Entry Requirements include:
- The band must choose a representative to have legal authority
- The band have to choose a local competition site (see website for list)
- The band needs to be aware of competition rules
- They must complete an entry form
- The band must also submit an ‘audition song’ which must be an original song of theirs.
So what are the prizes you may ask?
The Grand Prize winner could be in with the chance to win a world tour, some new gear and a possible record deal!
