Introducing | Ethan Ash

With his new single ‘Chasing Your Love’ being played on Huw Stephens’ BBC Radio 1 show, there’s no denying that Ethan Ash is a talented new artist.

A singer-songwriter from Cambridge, Ethan began playing guitar at the age of six before playing his first solo gig aged 12, then went on to front a teenage band and tour around the UK before deciding to focus on a solo career.

Ethan may not be the name on everybody’s lips right now, but he has supported some of the biggest pop acts in the UK including Ed Sheeran, Passenger and Seth Lakeman. Also under his belt are appearances at Bestival, Latitude and Secret Garden Party.

Already having been featured on Renowned For Sound and Confront Magazine, with a London Live TV session booked in, Ethan Ash is well on his way already.

‘Rough Cuts’ is a song writing project of Ethan’s, where the songs he writes are put up as free downloads as they emerge from the song writing process. They’re stripped down, raw, un-produced versions of songs which could very well be included on future releases.

You can have a listen to all such tracks over at Ethan’s bandcamp page, as well as his previous releases (Playing By Numbers, White, and No Early Nights EPs), with his new EP ‘Face To Face’ set for release in March this year.
