Mairearad Green has revealed her new single release ‘Star of Hope’, featuring King Creosote.

The track is taken from her forthcoming album ‘Summer Isles’, due out on February 26th 2016 via Buie Records.

The album features numerous collaborations with guest musicians including Hector McInnes (vocals), Ross Saunders (bass), Scott MacKay (drums), Jo Nicolson (clarinet), Pat McGarvey (banjo), Mike Vass (fiddle), and Annie Grace, Jeana Leslie and Hamish Napier (backing vocals).

New single ‘Star of Hope’ comes ahead of her final date at Celtic Connections on January 28th at St Andrew’s in the Square in Glasgow.
