Marna releases debut single ‘Crossfire’

London-based singer-songwriter Marna has released her debut single ‘Crossfire’.

Produced by fellow Londoner and close collaborator JKP, the track is the first of three songs to be released from her debut EP.

The single has already landed a slot in Spotify’s ‘Fresh Finds: Hiptronix’ playlist, as well as receiving airplay from BBC Introducing in Devon.

Speaking of the release, Marna explained: “In the year since I wrote ‘Crossfire’, I’ve actually forgotten who it was originally about, but the meaning of the song now leans towards close friends that seem to be settling down and becoming an accessory to someone else’s life before fulfilling their own dreams – which is no fun at all, really!”
