McFly have just performed their first ever live performance of new single ‘Party Girl’ in Glasgow.

The band are currently at the In:Demand Live event and it seems McFly fans are certainly not disappointed with the results of ‘Party Girl’ live.

Many fans have been tweeting explaining how the song sounds a lot better live than it does on the radio and hearing it live has already managed to change fans opinions of the new sound.

Tom from McFly tweeted after the performance;

“Done. First performance of party girl went awesome…hope you all liked our little mix of songs we put together for you.”

Danny also tweeted explaining they are now ‘officially back’.

Despite the successful debut, fans were left slightly disappointed and eager for more as McFly had one of the shortest sets of the entire day performing only Party Girl and a medley of 5 Colours In Her Hair, Room On The Third Floor and Lies.
