Midstock 2017 line-up revealed

The line-up for this year’s Midstock Festival has been announced.

Returning to Dalkeith Country Park, this year’s festival has expanded with a Friday night edition, alongside the Saturday full day festival.

Taking place on September 1st-2nd, the festival promises a wide range of acts with headliners Feeder taking to the stage on Saturday night.

Alongside the music, the family-friendly event will feature funfair attractions, face painting, food stalls and entertainment throughout the day.

The initial music line-up is as follows:

Friday 1st September (Evening only)
The Time Frequency

Saturday 2nd September
Feeder
Hot Dub Time Machine
The Skids
Showaddywaddy
Nipples of Venus
Eugene Twist
Milestone

Speaking of this year’s festival, organisers Wullie Slight and Scott Gunn said: “We have been encouraged by the great crowd we attract at Midstock and we are continually trying to grow and improve the festival, hence the addition of the Friday night show. Midstock is an independent, bespoke festival which we started in order to provide the Lothians community with a great event on their doorsteps. This is still at the core of what we’re trying to do but we have seen the festival expand somewhat and we’ve welcomed people from all over the country in the last couple of years. Maybe word is out that we like a good party here in Midlothian!”

Tickets for Midstock Festival 2017 are on sale now, priced at £20 for the Friday night and £30 for the Saturday.
