Mojo Fury announce debut single and tour support slot for Oceansize

Having been locked away honing their musical craft in the farmhouses of Belfast, Mojo Fury are finally ready to unleash their brand of weird and wonderful alt-rock with debut single “The Mann”.

“The Mann” is set to be released on 4th October and is the biggest hint yet that their debut album, set for release in early 2011, will ‘turn heads and aptivate listeners’.

Live shows have for the band have somewhat been a rarity and something to be treasured, as they have only graced the stage in their native Northern Ireland on DIY shows and larger venues with the likes of Biffy Clyro and Forward Russia.

In May this year they became one of the highlights of the Live at Leeds festival alongside The Bronx, Wild Beasts, Twilight Sad and Rolo Tomassi.

They are now preparing for an 8-date UK September tour supporting Oceansize.

The tour dates are as follows;

September: (SUPPORT FOR OCEANSIZE)
Saturday 18th NEWCASTLE, O2 Academy 2
Sunday 19th GLASGOW, Oran Mor
Monday 20th ABERDEEN, Café Drummonds
Tuesday 21st YORK, Fibbers
Thursday 23rd LEEDS, Cockpit
Friday 24th LIVERPOOL, O2 Academy 2
Saturday 25th CAMBRIDGE, ARU
Sunday 26th NOTTINGHAM, Rescue Rooms
