Reading’s Sundara Karma will headline Glasgow’s Oran Mor as part of their spring headline tour.

Unless you’ve isolated yourself to living in a wigwam in a forest without Wi-Fi, you’ve probably heard indie-pop tracks like ‘Flame’ or ‘A Young Understanding’, but not realised that they are by Reading-based four piece Sundara Karma.

Initially surfacing as teenagers in 2014, the band has gained a substantial following ranging from hormone fuelled teenaged girls to bearded hipsters and are continuing to grow in popularity.

Having seen them support Nothing But Thieves last month, which was an incredible night, their show at the Oran Mor on May 31st should be a fun-filled evening in a unique and intimate venue.

If you want to see the band before they get massive, try and head along to one of the shows for this tour. Or if you’re already heading to Reading or Leeds this summer, be sure to and fit them into your weekend!
