Primal Scream, The XX and more share music for Oxfam’s Syria campaign

two_door_cinema_club_js_090113Primal Scream, The XX, Editors, Bombay Bicycle Club and more have contributed to help raise awareness of the huge crisis in Syria by sharing their ultimate playlists with Oxfam.

Counting down to Glastonbury Festival, Oxfam will be working with Spotify to release one special playlist per day and are encouraging people to share them and unite to help the millions of people in Syria who have lost their homes due to the deteriorating humanitarian crisis.

The playlists include 14 of the artist’s favourite tracks from inspirations to festival highlights and are available online.

The release dates for each are as follows:

Thursday 20th – Bombay Bicycle Club
Friday 21st – Editors
Saturday 22nd – Josephine
Sunday 23rd – Two Door Cinema Club
Monday 24th – The XX
Tuesday 25th – Primal Scream
