The BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show with host Nick Grimshaw announced the main stage acts and headliners for this year’s Radio 1 Big Weekend in Glasgow.

Taking place at Glasgow Green on May 24th and 25th, over 50 artists and bands will create Europe’s largest free music festival.

The festival will be split across three stages – the Main Stage, In New Music and BBC Introducing.

The final announcements today mean the full Main Stage line-up has now been revealed:

Kasabian were also announced to headline the In New Music stage on Sunday 25th May.
