Rag’n’Bone Man has teamed up with producer Cadenza for new collaborative single release ‘Healed’.
With the single out now, the duo will celebrate its release with a night of live music at the Village Underground in East London featuring Rag’n’Bone Man, Cadenza and Louis Mattrs.
Speaking of the release, Rag’n’Bone Man (Rory Graham) said: “Sometimes when you get in a room with new people and try to write a song it can be a strange experience. You’re trying to give something personal. Delivering truth in a song with a stranger can be awkward. It wasn’t the case with this collaboration, it came together so easily. I straightaway felt at ease with Cadenza’s production style. He’s got a great ear for samples and you can hear his influences when he’s making a track – he’s a proper music guy!”
Cadenza added: “’Healed’ was the result of my first ever session with Rag’n’Bone Man. I had seen him play at Boomtown last year and thought his voice was astonishing so it was great to get to work together.”
