Reading and Leeds give you the chance to rename The Rock Stage

reading leeds 2014Reading and Leeds are inviting the public to help rename the festival’s ‘The Rock Stage’.

Following the success of the stage last year delighting fans with an array of metal, punk and hardcore bands, 2014 will see the stage curated by Daniel P Carter, host of the BBC Radio 1 Rock Show.

Reading and Leeds are giving you the chance to be a part of the twin festival’s history by renaming ‘The Rock Stage’.

Fans who gets their names shortlisted will have their standard tickets upgraded to guest tickets for them and a friend whilst the winner will get side of stage access to the newly named Rock Stage for themselves and one of their friends!

Anyone can submit a name between now and midnight on Tuesday 28th January and once a shortlist of suggestions has been selected in collaboration with Daniel P Carter, the winner will be decided by public vote.

The chosen name will be announced on Friday 31st January on the Reading and Leed’s Facebook, Twitter and websites.
