Riley Pearce has unveiled his new single ‘Misplaced’.
With his debut EP racking up more than 6 million streams, Riley Pearce has certainly made his musical mark on 2017.
Produced by Andy Lawson at Debaser Studios, the Australian alt-folk singer unveiled the dreamy single via Earmilk.
Speaking to Earmilk, Riley explained the meaning behind the single: “I wrote ‘Misplaced’ early on in a new relationship. I was really anxious and unsure of what I wanted and whether it was all going to work out. It’s pretty hard when two people like each other but are so different. It’s a brutally honest song… probably the most from what I’ve written.”
