If you’re looking for a fresh new band to add to your iTunes library, look no further. Evelyn. Is show the potential they have within their new single; An Imploding Fear. American born lead singer, Brittany Hayes possesses a talent that is hard to come by in today’s over-processed pop industry, a powerful and emotive voice that’s simply effortless to listen to. The song seems to be full of depth and raw emotion which leaves you wanting to hear more and more.

The Liverpool based four-piece, who list Coldplay and Radiohead as some of their influences, have created a song that manages to emote real passion from the listener; the kind of emotion that’s relatable enough to make you feel like you’re standing in the singer’s shoes, that you’re travelling the journey with her.

Evelyn. Is has certainly proven their potential with this new single, and I’d say that they’re definitely a band to watch. With raw talent like this, we can expect big things in the future.

The single is due out 27th January. You can see more of the band at their Facebook page.
