Taking Back Sunday have announced the release of their seventh studio album ‘Tidal Wave’.
‘Tidal Wave’ is the band’s first new album since 2014 and is set to have “more of an Americana feel“.
Due out on September 16th via Hopeless Records, the band has also revealed the title track from the release which is now available as an instant download with the album pre-order.
Speaking of the new album, guitarist John Nolan told New York Newsday: “I’m very excited for people to hear it. I think it’s going to be a surprise to some people. We’re all extremely excited about what we’ve done. It’s the culmination of things we’ve tried over the past two records. I think it’s the strongest record we’ve done since getting back together. We’ve freed ourselves up to go in new directions.”
