The Story So Far have released their new single ‘Out Of It.’
In an effort to raise awareness and money for mental health research, the band and their label (Pure Noise Records) will donate a portion of proceeds to The Brain & Behaviour Research Foundation.
Out now on limited edition 7″ vinyl, there will only be 500 copies available via thestorysofar.merchnow. com. with all proceeds from those sales donated to the foundation. The band will then sell another 1,000 copies on their upcoming tour.
Speaking of the single and the reasons behind the charity donation, guitarist Will Levy said: “We want to help contribute to The Brain & Behavior Research Foundation because we want people to know that there is hope and that you don’t have to go it alone. From addiction to anxiety to eating disorders, or schizophrenia, we believe there is a way to help with these illnesses. We personally struggle with some of these illnesses everyday and we want to help each other out. Please reach out to a loved one, speak up and don’t be afraid to be honest about what’s happening. To learn more…”
