Track of the Day | Born Ruffians – Miss You

Born Ruffians have released their new single ‘Miss You’.

The track is taken from the band’s new album ‘Uncle, Duke & The Chief’, produced by Richard Swift.

Speaking of the single, frontman Luke Lalonde explained: “I found this old voice memo on my phone from 2015 called ‘I miss you so much baby’. It was just the chorus of ‘Miss You’ with vocal and piano, very early 60’s vibe. I guess I just heard it on the right night when I had a guitar at hand and the rest of the song came very quickly.

Led by raspy vocals and intertwined with rock, ‘Miss You’ is a rousing indie folk tune that will make you feel like you’ve been transported back to a traditional campfire singalong, with a chorus you’ll find yourself unpromptedly singing beyond listening.
