The Vamps reveal own record label and soundcheck parties

the-vamps1The Vamps have announced that they will be launching their own record label, a joint venture with EMI/Universal.

The Vamps themselves will be responsible for discovering and developing new talent, signing them and working closely with the artists to write and produce their music. They will also take the acts on tour and support them on social media.

The first signing to their yet unnamed record label is American teen guitar band ‘The Tide‘. Aged between 17 and 18 and based in Los Angeles, The Tide will support The Vamps on their upcoming arena tour, alongside Union J and Madison Beer.

You can learn more about The Tide and keep up with them via their official Facebook page.

Alongside this announcement comes the news that The Vamps will be hosting the ‘world’s longest sound check parties’. The events will be an incredible experience for fans to see the bands up close and personal, and will last approximately 90 minutes. Packages will also include memorabilia and early entry to the venue. Full details can be found here.
