The View have revealed the music video for their new single ‘Under The Rug’.

Taken from the band’s forthcoming fifth studio album ‘Ropewalk’, the video comes ahead of the band’s headline September UK tour.

Produced and directed by Dan Buck Joyce from JOYCE Division, frontman Kyle Falconer explained the meaning behind the video.

He said: “We’ve known Dan for years since he used to be in Dirty Sanchez so it was a pleasure to work with him. The concept of the video is about the struggle with sweeping things under the rug. The balloons represent holding onto things that are bad in your life and that when you let go of them you are truly free.”
