Adam Lambert has confirmed that he will be touring the UK this autumn.
After Adam announced some European tour dates, whilst touring the US with the ‘Glam Nation’ tour, fans expected him to announce his appearance in the UK.
The American Idol star will be bringing his “theatrical show” to the UK this November.
Adam Lambert spoke to Billboard about the tour;
“The shows are visually inspired by turn-of-the-century New Orleans…a kitschy, glam, voodoo, crystal ball, black magic kind of look with a lot of psychedelic, classic rock visual references. Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison, Keith Richards – those are the people who have inspired the look and feel of the show. I had fun with the projectionist and my costume designer and…the show has its own little world.
We’re coming to the UK in the Fall, I dont know if its going to be the same show. We’re trying to play in spaces that more intimate.”
The tour dates are as follows;
November:
Friday 26th BIRMINGHAM, O2 Academy2
Saturday 27th MANCHESTER, O2 Academy2
Sunday 28th GLASGOW, O2 ABC, Glasgow
Monday 29th LONDON, O2 Shepherds Bush Empire
Tickets go on sale this Friday (10th September) at 9am and will be available by clicking here.
