Internet sensation Alex Day will be celebrating the release of his new single ‘Lady Godiva’ on April 1st with appearances at record stores around the UK.

Commenting on the release, Alex says:

“Having physical CDs in shops is something I couldn’t be prouder of, especially since most shops don’t stock physical singles anymore – they’re really taking a chance on me and I’m very grateful for that. Especially for an unsigned artist like myself, this is a life-changing opportunity.”

‘Lady Godiva’ is the follow up single to Alex’s hugely successful debut ‘Forever Yours’, which reached number 4 in the UK Christmas charts.

Following the success of ‘Forever Yours’ Alex was approached by major labels wanting to work with him, but instead Alex opted to retain full control of his music career.

Alex Day is perhaps best known through his YouTube profile which has over half a million subscribers.
