Bat For Lashes announce new album and UK tour dates

Bat For Lashes will release new album ‘The Haunted Man’ on October 15th and to coincide with the release will tour the UK this Autumn.

Since releasing the universally acclaimed album ‘Two Suns’ in 2009, Natasha toured South America with Coldplay in 2010, collaborated with Beck to write a song for the Twilight film (Eclipse), headlined two sold out shows at the Sydney Opera House in June 2011 and covered Depeche Mode’s ‘Strangelove’ for Gucci’s Guilty campaign.

Natasha has released two albums under the guise of Bat for Lashes. Her debut ‘Fur And Gold’ came out in 2006 and was nominated for the Mercury Music Prize and earned two Brit Award nominations for ‘Best Female’ and ‘Best Newcomer’. ‘Two Suns’ was also Mercury and Brit nominated, as well as winning Natasha an Ivor Novello songwriting award for ‘Daniel’ for ‘Best Contemporary Song’.
