Beacons Festival is back and the first wave of acts have been announced.

The announcement includes : Django Django, Theo Parrish, Moon Duo, Floating Points, Dutch Uncles, David Rodigan OBE, Egyptian Hip Hop, Hookworms

The cutting-edge music and arts festival will once again be taking place in the picturesque setting of the Funkirk Estate in Skipton 16th–18th August 2013.

Following the first wave, a further 50 acts will be revealed in the coming months. The mercury music nominated Django Django lead the way as one of many highlights.

As more artists are announced over the coming weeks and months, an exclusive cinema programme will also be revealed. In addition to this, there will be children’s entertainment from the Ladybird Project, spoken word, theatre and dance.

Beacons Festival is an affordable festival brought to you over three-days and four-nights. For a short period, tickets are available at a reduced early bird rate of £74.50, rising to £99.50 once the allocation is out.
