Dinosaur Pile-Up’s long-awaited debut album ‘Growing Pains’ was released this week to a deluge of critical acclaim.
The album has been hand-picked by Zane Lowe as his album of the week which means the DJ is playing out album tracks every night on his show this week.
Stand-out track from the album ‘My Rock ‘n Roll’ is featured on the iTunes store this week as their free Single of The Week. You can check it out by clicking here.
Dinosaur Pile-Up are now ready to put some serious miles under their belt and are about to embark on a nationwide headline tour at a series of venues across the country over a three week period.
The band has undergone a number of line-up changes since its inception, and the band returns with two new faces in bassist Harry Johns and drummer Mike Sheils.
Mike replaces Steve Wilson who has since joined Japanese Voyeurs, while Harry (formerly of Old Romantic Killer Band) replaces bassist and long time friend of Matt, Tom Dornford-May, who has taken his musical vision in a new direction.
The band are currently on a UK with support from Turbowolf.
