Dumbfest announce 2012 headliner

The 3rd Annual Dumbfest Music & Comedy Festival has announced Glastonbury favourites and Britpop chart toppers “Dodgy” will headline this year’s event.

The festival will take place in Bordon, Hampshire on 5th May.

Dodgy rose to prominence during the Britpop era of the 1990s. They are best known for their hits “Staying Out For The Summer” (their debut that reached #19 in the UK charts), “If You’re Thinking of Me” (#11) and “Good Enough” (their biggest hit #4).

Dumbfest is also proud to announce that, having outgrown its previous home, this year’s festival will be held in the centre of Bordon at The Phoenix Theatre including its new 2000 capacity outdoor performance space.

The festival will be host to over 30 Bands across 4 stages and tickets are priced at just £15 in advance, £10 concessions. Tickets will be available on the door (if there are any left!) at £20.

The chosen charity will again be Teenage Cancer Trust (TCT). The Festival has raised over £10,000 for TCT since 2010 and Dumball Rally over £200,000 since 2007!
