Lady Gaga triumphed at last nights MTV VMA’s picking up a total of eight awards during the ceremony in Los Angeles last night.
It came as no surprise that Lady Gaga won awards in eight of the categories she was nominated for.
As usual, the singer appeared in various outfits throughout the night and stole the show picking up seven awards for ‘Bad Romance’ and an award for ‘Telephone’.
During her acceptance speech Lady Gaga also revealed her new album title; “Born This Way”, then went onto sing a snippet of the song for fans to get a taste of what’s to come from the 24-year old’s new album.
The only British winners of the evening were Florence and the Machine and Muse.
This years ceremony seen performances from Paramore, Kayne West, Eminem, Usher, Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift.
