As you all know by now, we attended Leeds Party In The Park last Sunday and here are a few bits of backstage gossip we learnt on the day!

Blue are making their comeback next year and rumour has it there will be a reunion tour in 2011 for the band, as Lee Ryan and Antony Costa were at the event performing some of Blue’s top hits.

Antony Costa from Blue spotted getting up close with Lucy Pargeter(Eastenders Chastity Dingle).

Also spotted was Joanna Page (Stacey from Gavin & Stacey) with her husband wandering about the backstage area.

The boys from Waterloo Road were making use of the private bar and we can confirm in that in person Adam Thomas who plays Donte in Waterloo Road is the complete double of his older brother, Coronation Street actor Ryan Thomas (Jason Grimshaw).

Emmerdale’s Scarlett (Kelsey-Beth Crossley) was spotted getting photos with fans.

Dougie Poynter (McFly) arrived with girlfriend Frankie Sandford (The Saturdays) 15 minutes later than the rest of her band did and not long before the girls were due on stage.

The Saturdays made a flying visit to the event and they had no time for any press appearances or photos.

Damage were chilling backstage chatting up the ladies.

Starman’s Andrew Stone certainly was a popular man whilst filming for his new series on Sky 1.

One Night Only’s frontman George Craig was also spotted laughing at Jedward’s appearance on the Party In The Park Stage via the backstage showing screen.

The Hoosiers were seen signing autographs for young fans and getting photos with them.

Dizzee Rascal even made an appearance in the area!
