Lights and Sounds have just announced they are splitting up.
The band published the below statement;
“After writing, recording and performing music together for over 3 years we have decided to call it a day. We have thought long and hard about this decision and we feel that we have come to a natural stop in Lights & Sounds’s life, there has been no bad feelings amongst the band and we are still the best of friends, we just feel that there is nothing else we can put into L&S as a band.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your support over the last three years! Whether you’re long term fans or haven’t known of us very long, your support means the world to us and we wouldn’t have been able to do what we did without you! We are incredibly grateful for all the opportunities that we have been lucky enough to experience during our time in the band. Performing some mind-blowing shows, seeing the world, playing with awesome bands, meeting some of the most brilliant people and getting to do what we all love has made the last three years so memorable, none of us would have done anything differently.
Once again thank you to all our fans, all the bands we’ve ever played with and anyone else who we’ve met or worked with in the last three years. You’ve made it a blast.
