Little Grim have released the vintage 70’s inspired music video for their new single ‘Sparks’.

Mixing funk and soul into their usual indie pop blend, the single is due for release on June 3rd via Newspeak Records.

The video for the track was produced by Do Not Entry and was filmed entirely on 16mm.

Speaking of the ethos behind the single, frontman Joe Murphy said: “So often you are struck with a deep rooted fear that the person you’re with, doesn’t love you anymore. An even deeper fear I had, was that maybe I didn’t love them anymore. I wanted to describe my feeling of paranoia when I saw the bad signs. These are the moments that stuck in my head.”

To support the release, the band will embark on ‘The Indie Heroes tour’ with the band performing live shows at independent music venues while interviewing promoters, venue owners, engineers and those who help deliver live shows in their local communities.
