Luke Pickett has revealed his new single ‘Please’.
The track follows the release of Luke’s recent single ‘Somebody Else’ which received support from BBC Radio 1 Xtra.
Speaking of his new single ‘Please’ Luke explained the track was written in just a few minutes.
Luke said: “It’s actually more of a freestyle as me and Paul Carter (aka Benbrick) had never run through the track from start to finish.
“Paul had these great chords and I started jamming over it. We both loved the concept, so Paul set up a mic in the middle of the room and we did one take, not fully knowing where we were headed.
“I’d actually forgotten about the song until Paul told me he’d sent the track over to these two young producers in Russia to see what they could add production wise. I’d always imagined we’d created a demo initially but it sounded great, and the rest is history!”
