Naked Next Door | 5 tracks that influenced ‘Stuck In My Mind’

Naked Next Door have released their new EP ‘Stuck In My Mind’.

The new five-track EP includes LMLL favourite single ‘Where Do I Go?’.

To celebrate the EP release, the band will headline a hometown show at Milton Keynes Crauford Arms on July 26th.

Ahead of the show and to give us an insight into the EP, the band shared with us 5 tracks that influenced ‘Stuck In My Mind’.

Radiohead – High and Dry
This song really inspired the writing of our song ‘Where Do I Go?’ and has same anthem-like qualities.

Catfish and the Bottlemen – Fallout
Catfish, in general, are a huge inspiration to us and is almost like our modern-day oasis.

Counting Crows – Round Here
This song is most special for our lead singer, the song takes you through a story lyrically and has definitely been an inspiration on how he writes lyrics.

Stereophonics – Just Looking
Stereophonics is another one of those bands that has had a huge inspiration on the writing process instrumentally and lyrically in the band. Lead singer Euan loves Stereophonics so no doubt they’ve inspired our sound massively.

Nothing But Thieves – Sorry
Nothing But Thieves is a current band doing something a bit different than everyone else, they’ve got great songs and the instrumentals are great. Not to mention the amazing vocal range of the lead vocalist. They’ve definitely had an effect on the writing and arrangement in our band.
