TRNSMT Festival has announced the final 2018 headliner as Queen and Adam Lambert.

Their appearance will mark the band’s only one of the band’s limited appearances this summer, outside their three sold-out London concerts in July.

Headlining Glasgow Green on Friday 6th July, the iconic band will be joined by Texas, The Darkness and The Temperance Movement on the main stage.

Split across two weekends, TRNSMT 2018 will bring a five-day festival to Glasgow combining rock, pop and indie, with previously announced headliners Arctic Monkeys, The Killers, Stereophonics and Liam Gallagher.

Speaking of the final headline announcement, Head of DF Concerts Geoff Ellis said: “We are absolutely delighted to announce the addition of Queen + Adam Lambert to the TRNSMT line-up as the final headliner across the two weekends. As bona fide music legends, Queen + Adam Lambert’sT RNSMT show promises to be a spectacular highlight in Scotland’s music calendar this summer – I’m sure the atmosphere will be electric when they step on stage.”

Tickets for Friday 6th July will go on-sale on Friday 9th March 2018 via TRNSMTfest.com with day tickets available from £59.50 (+ booking fee) and VIP tickets from £99.
