For crying out loud settle down…

Over the past year, The 1975 have had a wave of attention from media and from their ever-growing fan base that has seen them tour worldwide.

And I have no doubts that 2014 is going to be even bigger and better for the band.

The 1975 have a mystical sound that allows the listener to get lost in the music and really let go. Their new single, ‘Settle Down’, is no exception with its catchy chorus and upbeat momentum that flows throughout from start to finish.

From the offset, the single provides a beat that you just can’t help but tap your feet and sing-along to. Matty Healy’s inevitably smooth vocals lure the listener into the song and really paint a picture of the meanings behind the lyrics.

With this song I can imagine it being a real crowd pleaser live with everyone singing a long and dancing as if no one else in the room is watching.
