The Maccabees have announced details of a 2012 headline UK tour.

After the success of the band’s recent sold out low-key tour, where the band played intimate venues to fervent audiences to showcase their new material, the band have announced they shall the tour the UK again next year.

The full tour dates are as follows;

January:
23rd GLASGOW, QMU
24th NEWCASTLE, Academy
26th BRIXTON, Academy
27th BIRMINGHAM, Institute
28th MANCHESTER, Ritz

To coincide with the tour dates, the band have revealed that their highly anticipated album is set for release on January 9th.
