Culture Kid has released his debut single ‘New Found Evil’.

The track is the first of a string of releases building towards a debut album release in 2025.

Speaking of the single, Culture Kid said: “The idea originally stemmed from the end of a romantic relationship. We sometimes get so wrapped up in someone, that we start to isolate ourselves from the people closest to us. We can end up in this loop of trying to put on a brave face and feeling like maybe things could get better. But in the end, we keep doing what we’ve always done, and we keep getting what we’ve always gotten.”

At its heart, ‘New Found Evil’ carries a nostalgic feeling, with heartfelt vocals and melancholic lyrics that delve into universally relatable themes that have undoubtedly featured in most relationships.
