Jolé has released his new single ‘Alpine Green’.

The new single was written when Josh Oliver (Jolé) travelled to LA to write the next chapter of his musical journey when he found the geographical separation from the person he loves inspired his new single.

Speaking of the track, Jolé said: “I wrote this song whilst being really homesick. The narrative is about experiencing something beautiful or uplifting that you wish you could share with someone that can’t be there. It’s about feeling grateful in the moment but wanting someone you love to experience it with you also. However, in not being with that person, holding them in your thoughts or in your memory can sometimes be good enough.”

Featuring beautifully penned lyrics led by Jolé’s gentle, warm and inviting tone, ‘Alpine Green’ is a release that is no doubt relatable to many. The short but sweet stripped-back single perfectly encapsulates the mixed feelings during separation, you will embrace every moment but know there’s someone missing by your side.
