Laurence Murray Project have released their new single ‘Providence’.
The single was recorded at the UK’s most remote recording studio, Black Bay Studio on the Isle of Lewis, Outer Hebrides.
Speaking of the single, Laurence said: “‘Providence’ is a song about unconditional love, longing and dreams. I tried to write this song from as honest and as direct a place as possible. It’s an expression of the feelings of submitting oneself and having trust in the way of the universe whatever happens. We recorded Providence at the UK’s most remote recording studio, in the Scottish Outer Hebrides; the solitude we had there played a big part in the recording process and helped us capture something hopeful and maybe a little ethereal.”
Creating a toe-tapping genre blend of soul, blues, R&B and psychedelia, ‘Providence’ is a sultry single that’ll leave you wrapped in its smooth sound.
