Multibeam have released their new single ‘Dimitri’.

The exciting new Manchester trio are no strangers to the music scene, consisting of former session musician and DJ Jonny Cosmonaut, alongside brothers George and Jimmy Craig.

Speaking of the single, frontman Jonny said: “The inspiration for the track came both directly and indirectly from an Irish girl’s filthy mouth. She was super fun, and a very intelligent woman. She should have known better than to use such poetic language around me. I had to write a song about her.”

‘Dimitri’ is a glam rock release that oozes sultry from its seams. With driving guitars leading the way, it’s a gritty yet slick blend of musical influences, as the band cite ranges from Bowie to Martha Reeves, that’s guaranteed to have you hitting repeat.

The track sounds set to ignite a spark around Manchester’s music scene post-lockdown days.
