TV Party have released their debut single ‘Dark Heart’.

Written by frontman Joshua Spacek, the track was recorded in Portland & Annecy and produced by Henri d’Armancourt.

Speaking of the single, frontman Joshua Spacek said: “This is one of the first songs I wrote in 2019. For me, it brings together many elements that define our songs, catchy melodies and introspective lyrics. I always try to reinterpret the canons of rock. American song This song brings together a lot of elements and associates them with lyrics like Brian Wilson, a love song that actually deals with the fact that we do not always control our lives. Our reactions to the world around us are complicated In the end, sometimes we have to make a deliberate choice, and the choice in this song is to stop wondering why and to follow love without asking questions.”

Serving up as intro to their self-labeled “disco stoner” sound, ‘Dark Heart’ fuses pop with rock tones, punchy beats and an injection of synth for good measure creating an addictive 60’s influenced track.
