XY&O have revealed their new single release ‘I’m Not Right’.

The single is the last track taken from XY&O’s debut EP ‘Shimmer + Shade’, due for release on April 22nd via their own label Electric MVM.

The summery single from the electronic pop trio serves as the perfect EP opener, combining XY&Os signature sound with an underlying retro vibe. With its relatable and considerably catchy lyrics, you’ll find yourself singing along before the track ends.

Speaking of their new single, vocalist Skip Curtis said: “I wrote the lyrics to ‘I’m Not Right’ a while back. It’s a pretty self-explanatory song title and sums up the content. It’s a song about being honest enough to walk away from a bad situation (as good as it may feel at the time). The track was initially just going to be a demo idea that wasn’t going to see the light of day. We played it live a few times and the response was incredible so we decided to push the track as a single.”
