The X Factor finalists have already recorded this years charity single and shall perform it live for the first time on Sunday’s show.

All 16 acts who made it through to the live shows will reunite on stage this Sunday to perform the a cover of David Bowie’s track “Heroes”.

The track was originally recorded in October.

Every Sunday the finalists take to the stage for their ‘group performance’, which has been heavily criticised in the past for the contestants miming.

This has seen the finalists cover songs from Lady Gaga to most recently Cee Lo Green.

The groups charity single will be available for digital download after the performance and will be in stores in the next day, Monday 22nd November.

Proceeds from the single will go to the ‘Help For Heroes’ Charity.
