AC/DC ; Live At River Plate

Graham Clark

AC/DC may not ever tour again on this scale, but this live album is a souvenir for their fans to remind them what a good live act the band were.

With some of the best rock tracks ever written such as ‘Highway to Hell’, ‘Back in Black’, ‘Whole Lotta Rosie’ and ‘For Those About to Rock (We Salute You)’, with this album you would be hard pressed to find a better live act in all their glory.

Visually the band are not too interesting- apart from guitarist Angus Young’s striptease spot he performs at every gig, instead the music does the talking.

The album is the next best thing to being there and it captures the spirit of the band in a live context.

AC/DC – we salute you!
