He may not have won the X Factor but Olly Murs certainly is doing very well.

Already on his third album, Right Place Right Time might not show much musical progression from his other albums, but the album still puts a smile on your face.

The lead single off the album Troublemaker sees Murs teaming up with Flo-Rida, the rapper seems to be on everyone’s tracks these days but he gives the track a more urban feel.

Murs has hand in writing most of the tracks with various writers including Steve Robson (Paloma Faith, One Direction), Ed Drewett (The Wanted) and Wayne Hector (Nicki Minaj, Pixie Lott).

Loud and Clear sounds like it could have been a Coldplay track. The title track of the album Right Time Right Place sounds like it could be the second single off the album, whilst Hey You Beautiful takes it inspiration from Maroon 5.

What a Buzz has a melody that every milkman should be whistling. Murs seem to have a knack in coming up with tracks that worm your way into your brain and this track illustrates this very much.

One of these Days finds him in a solitary moment; looking for that special someone who is out there. It is a big ballad that will probably have all the mobile phones held in the air with waving hands when he performs the track on his February arena tour.

Nothing too original then but still a great pop album that contains at least 4 future hits singles.
