Scouting For Girls have definitely stepped up their game from their debut album to release ‘Everybody Wants To Be On TV’. You can tell a lot of work has gone into every crafted song and the up-tempo album is one that everyone should definitely give a listen.
The band manage to encapsulate a wide variety of feelings over the whole album, giving a song for every given time and situation, something that established bands cannot do, they seem to do in this album with ease. From first listen, ‘Everybody Wants To Be On TV’ is one that you instantly know is going to be a hit. It has a broad appeal over the album and there is a song for everyone. Every song carries itself in it’s own unique way and is perfect for the style Scouting For Girls fit in. You cannot fault any of the songs and find yourself wanting to listen to the album over again. Following the success of number one single ‘This Ain’t A Love Song’, the album is sure to be another hit for the band and perhaps will be one of the years best releases.
