Here are our predictions of who are going to rock the music scene in 2011!
Blitz Kids – After catching up with the band, we predicted that this is only the beginning and we can assure you with their passionate attitudes and determination, as well as strong and catchy songs of course, you will most certainly hear of them in 2011!
Canterbury – The band have built a strong fan base and have most recently toured with You Me At Six in December 2010. We expect bigger and better things from the band next year!
Charlee Drew – After hearing many of his singles, we predict that once people catch on to the sound of Charlee Drew, they will be hooked! You can check out one of our reviews for Charlee here.
Ed Drewett – You may not be familiar with his name, but we bet you’ve heard of songs that he has worked on. Ed has featured on Professor Green’s first debut single “I Need You Tonight” and also co-wrote The Wanted’s debut single “All Time Low”. He has been recording his debut album which is set for release in early 2011, so keep an eye out as it’s sure to be a hit!
Francesqa – After seeing them live at Slam Dunk 2010 it was evident that for the band that they have a long future ahead of them. A great live band and they really impressed the Slam Dunk crowd.
Nicki Minaj – Yes she is already pretty big but we reckon she’ll be even bigger next year!
Not Advised – They have built up their reputation and now have a strong fan base, the band embark on a headline UK tour early next year so make sure you catch them live to gain the full Not Advised experience!
One direction/Aiden Grimshaw/Cher Llyod – After X Factor fame, these artists have masses of fans, two have already been signed and we reckon that this is just the beginning of their music careers!
Pegasus Bridge – After listening to ‘While We’re Young’ we were automatically hooked! The band have the instant likeability factor through their sound and have already been announced as the support act to Not Advised next year, if you can make sure you catch them at a live show as we predict this is just the beginning!
The Summer Set – With the band signing to LAB Records it seems that they may make an appearance (we hope!) in the UK this year, the band have the potential to be received extremely well by fans of the likes of All Time Low and lovers of the American pop-punk scene.
