Ahead of Edinburgh’s New Year celebrations, we take a look at the bands performing at the Concert in the Gardens.

Bjorn Again

Singing out loud to Abba tracks doesn’t have to be reserved for the karaoke machine this Hogmanay as Abba tribute Bjorn Again arrive in town.

This show marks the bands 25th anniversary as the Abba tribute band will don their platforms ready to sing and sway their way into 2015.

Soul II Soul

Adding a touch of reggae to the concert, Soul II Soul will perform a special 25th anniversary full band show to get the gardens grooving.

The show is another addition to the band’s sold out gigs, not to mention the OBE, Ivor Novello and PRS Music Heritage awards the band has stacked up since their first gig in 1991.

Lily Allen

This year, Lily Allen returned with a bang and reminded us just why we loved her so much back when she arrived on the scene with her distinct vocals and witty lyrics in 2006.

Following the release of her latest album ‘Sheezus’ in May, Lily returned to the gigging scene and topped the charts once again. There’s no denying Lily will certainly party her way through the bells and beyond headlining the Concert in the Gardens.
