Live Review | Slam Dunk Festival 2015 Leeds

Slam Dunk festival well and truly brought the pop punk party to Leeds city centre, taking over the town for one day only with a new layout and a host of top bands.

It has been dubbed as the UK’s answer to Warped tour and it’s easy to see why.

The new site truly encapsulated the festival feeling, offering the chance to wander between the stages with a pint in hand in the sunshine.

You could dance in the streets at the Desperados stage for some ska punk fuel or embrace the pop punk vibes with Macbeth Footwear‘s offerings.

For an indoor adventure, you could pop into the student union to catch new talent on the Fresh Blood Stage and embrace your inner punk with the Impericon stage.

The O2 Academy hosted the majority of moshpits with the Monster Energy stage and you could dance the afternoon away with Uprawr‘s tunes at Baa Bar.
